Follow-up

A queue of what needs action today

Every lead has its follow-up timer. Overdue and due-today items come first, so no lead goes uncalled.

  • Timers per attempt. Define how long to wait after the first contact, the second attempt and the ones after.
  • Log it in one go. Log the call and the next step without leaving the queue.
  1. 1It's scheduled. When it comes in, every lead gets its first timer and shows up in the queue when it's time to call.
  2. 2It's called. You log the call and the next attempt is scheduled by itself, with the matching timer.
  3. 3It's booked. The lead picks a slot on your public page, in their time zone, without back-and-forth.
  4. 4It's assigned. The booking goes to the right closer by the lead's ticket and that calendar's rules.

Availability

Every closer's week, without clashes

Weekly hours set when people can book; blocks and Google events cut into them, and every call also reserves its buffer.

Hours and time off

Each closer sets their weekly availability and blocks their absences.

Visitor's time zone

Leads see slots in their local time.

Google Calendar

Bookings and cancellations sync with each closer's calendar, with a video call link.

Routing

Every call with the right closer

Routing rules assign the call based on the lead's ticket, with a weighted round-robin across the closers who can take it.

  • Rules per calendar. Choose which closers handle each revenue bracket on each calendar.
  • Balanced split. Calls rotate by each closer's weight, so nobody takes them all.

Minimum notice

Nobody can book with less than one hour's notice.

Up to 60 days ahead

Booking pages show the free slots for the next 60 days.

Length and buffer

Each calendar sets how long a call lasts and the gap between one and the next.

Nine time zones

Visitors pick theirs: Spain, Europe, Latin America and the US.

Video call included

With Google Calendar connected, every booking creates the event with its Meet link.

No double bookings

A closer can't have two calls at the same time, and their Google events block slots.

Only leads that fit

A disqualified lead can't book from the public page.

Manual follow-ups

A follow-up date set by hand always wins over the timers.

Frequently asked questions

How many timers can I set?

Up to eight, from 5 minutes to 30 days each. The first counts from when the lead comes in, the rest from the last call, and the last one repeats.

What does the lead see when booking?

The days with free slots and, on each, up to seven times spread across the day, in the time zone they choose.

Do I need Google Calendar?

No. Without it, availability comes from each closer's weekly hours and blocks. With it, bookings and cancellations also sync and their events take slots.

What if whoever books is already a lead?

If the link carries their record, the booking joins it; otherwise it's matched by email. A new lead is only created if none existed.
